Stucopaste is a ready-to-use levelling paste for interior walls and floors. you eliminate joints, fill minor imperfections and create a smooth base. Microcement and Lavasteen Seamless Floor adhere optimally to this level layer.

the fine grain allows you to work in thin layers of 1–2 mm. ideal over existing tiling and mixed substrates.

applications

to be used as a levelling layer before Microcement or Lavasteen Seamless Floor on substrates such as:

• ceramic tiles – fill joints and level
• wood – MDF, plywood, sheet material
• plasterboard and cement board
• floors and walls indoors

application

1. ensure the substrate is clean, dry and grease-free.
2. apply a suitable primer for adhesion.
3. spread Stucopaste with a trowel or plastering knife in a thin layer (max. 1–2 mm).
4. fill joints first, then finish the entire surface.
5. allow each layer to dry for approx. 2 hours.
6. sand the final layer with 80 grit and remove dust.
7. wait at least 24 hours before applying Microcement or Lavasteen Seamless Floor.

tip: work in multiple thin layers for the smoothest result. Stucopaste is not suitable for application in thick layers.
