What a colour does on a small screen is always different from how it appears in your space. The way the light falls, the size of the surface and the surrounding materials all have a huge influence on the result.
1. Start with mood, not with code
First choose between warm-earthy (sand tones, terra, beige) or cool-mineral (grey, anthracite, taupe). Our 56 shades are divided roughly 60/40 across these two families.
2. Test in daylight and in evening light
Microcement in particular reacts strongly to artificial light. A shade that appears light-soft during the day can look very different in the evening under warm-white LED lighting. Hold the sample against the wall or floor in both situations.
3. Compare with your fixed elements
Wooden floor, kitchen front, window frames, tiles — these remain. Place the colour sample physically next to them rather than relying on imagination.
4. Always order at least 3 samples
Two colours side by side often look more similar than they are. Three samples provide real distinction and help you choose.
