Lavasteen Seamless Floor is a 2-component system: an A-component (mass with pigment) and a B-component (epoxy hardener). After mixing, a firm paste is created which you apply manually.
Unlike a traditional self-levelling floor – which flows out by itself – you retain control over texture and nuance. Working over tiles? Level both joints and the entire tile surface with Stucopaste.
Use primer afterwards for optimal adhesion. This way you lay the right foundation.

How to Apply Agave Neatly Yourself
DIY is achievable. The manual guides you through each step with confidence.
Follow these key steps:
- Prepare the substrate – stable, clean and level; use primer where necessary.
- Mixing – stir A-component until homogeneous; add B-component and mix for 2–3 minutes.
- Layer 1 – apply thinly and tightly; remove tape; allow to dry for at least 24 hours.
- Layer 2 – choose sleek and uniform or subtly vibrant. Optionally lightly mist and distribute the "slip coat" for nuance.
- Curing & sanding – approx. 24 hours curing; sand with grit 80 (short = anti-slip, longer = smoother).
- PU topcoat – prevents yellowing, increases protection and maintains the matte finish.
