What is a Lavasteen Seamless Floor?
Lavasteen Seamless Floor is a 2-component system based on concrete stucco and epoxy for floor and wall. It consists of an A-component with pigment and a B-component (epoxy hardener).
After mixing, a firm, spreadable paste is created. You pour the material onto the floor or wall and distribute it with a trowel. This gives you control over structure, nuance and movement.
A traditional epoxy resin floor flows out completely and is less suitable for residential use or underfloor heating. Lavasteen Seamless Floor offers control and living comfort.

Self-application – steps
- Ensure a stable substrate; use primer where necessary.
- Mix component A homogeneously; add component B and mix for 2–3 minutes.
- Apply the first coat thinly and tightly with a trowel; remove the tape.
- Allow to dry for at least 24 hours; check the flatness.
- Apply the second coat: calmly for sleek or lively with more movement.
- Allow to cure again for 24 hours; sand with grit 80 (short = anti-slip, longer = smoother).
- Finish with a PU topcoat to prevent yellowing and for extra protection.
