Description
Lavasteen Seamless Floor & Wall – Linen Concrete Look
Want peace of mind at home and performance that lasts? Lavasteen Seamless Floor Linen brings living comfort and aesthetics together.
The mass is poured out and manually distributed with a trowel. This is how you determine the texture: sleek-minimalist or subtly vibrant. The result is seamless and consistently matte on floor and wall.
Linen is a soft, warm neutral that adds light and space. The shade combines effortlessly with light wood, natural stone and matte black accents.
Less replacement means less material and transport. This noticeably reduces your CO₂ footprint. A sustainable foundation for modern interiors.
Lavasteen Seamless Floor Linen makes the difference
- Fully waterproof – ideal for shower floors and wet walls; even if the top layer is locally damaged, the underlayer remains waterproof.
- Highly scratch-resistant – Lavasteen reinforces the matrix; withstands intensive use in residential, hospitality and office environments.
- Seamless & hygienic – no joints; stains cannot penetrate and cleaning is quick.
- Thin layer & underfloor heating – efficient heat transfer; comfortable and energy-efficient.
- Control over appearance – sleek and uniform or subtly vibrant, always matte.
- Low-maintenance – everyday convenience, without harsh cleaners.
What is a Lavasteen Seamless Floor?
Lavasteen Seamless Floor is a 2-component system based on concrete stucco and epoxy. It consists of a Component A (base mass with pigment) and a Component B (epoxy hardener).
After mixing, a firm paste is created. You pour it out and spread it manually. This way, you maintain control over texture and nuance. Unlike a traditional self-levelling screed — which flows out on its own — you choose the character.

Applications & Substrates
Residential: living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms/showers, stairs and furniture. Commercial: shops, hospitality, offices and showrooms.
New build & renovation: sleek, seamless and low-maintenance. Keeping your interior modern and easy to clean.
Tiles as substrate – follow this sequence:
- Degrease – remove grease and soap residue thoroughly.
- Coarse primer – creates mechanical adhesion.
- Levelling joints with Stucopaste – make all joints flush.
- Levelling the entire tiled surface – creating an even working surface.
After that, the substrate is ready for the Lavasteen Seamless Floor system. It also bonds to concrete, cement, plaster, wood and MDF.
In wet rooms it remains completely waterproof and hygienic. Linen is therefore perfect for showers and bathrooms.
Applying linen yourself – steps
- Prepare the substrate – stable, clean and level; use primer where necessary.
- Mixing – stir A-component until homogeneous; add B-component and mix for 2–3 minutes.
- Layer 1 – apply thinly and tightly; remove tape; allow to dry for at least 24 hours.
- Layer 2 – choose sleek uniform or subtly lively; mist and distribute the "slip coat" for nuance.
- Curing & sanding – approx. 24 hours curing time; sand with 80 grit (short = anti-slip, longer = smoother).
- PU topcoat (matte) – protects against yellowing and fills the texture; the matte character is preserved.

Comparison with other finishes
- Lavasteen Seamless Floor (Linen) – hand-applied with trowel; matte concrete look; extremely hard, scratch-resistant and waterproof. Suitable for floor & wall and ideal for residential properties, new builds and underfloor heating.
- Epoxy resin floor – fully poured and industrially smooth; less suitable for residential/new-build/underfloor heating due to hardness and limited elasticity.
- PU poured floor – elastic and comfortable; works well with underfloor heating; less scratch-resistant than Lavasteen Seamless Floor.
- Beton Ciré / microcement – cement-based; only waterproof with additional PU layer; less wear-resistant.
